With nearly 80 members, CREW-OKC is the leading organization for senior-level executive women in the Oklahoma City commercial real estate field


As part of CREW Network, the industry’s premier business organization, CREW-OKC is transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. CREW Network’s membership of 12,000 professionals in over 75 major global markets represents all aspects of commercial real estate—providing our members with direct access to real estate professionals across all geographies and disciplines.

Founded in June of 2016, CREW-OKC’s membership welcomes women (and men) in all facets of commercial real estate including attorneys, architects, lenders, engineers, developers, to name a few. Members must have a minimum of five years of experience in a qualified field of commercial real estate and be a leader in their respective field and/or company.

Our mission

Empowering, advancing and transforming women in the commercial real estate industry through networking, mentoring and education.

Our history

CREW-OKC, Inc. started as the vision of Julie Kriegel, commercial broker with Wiggin Properties and CREW Network at large member. In March 2015, Kriegel contacted Sally Hasenfratz, member at large of CREW Network, to gather interest about starting an Oklahoma City Chapter. This led to Kriegel and Hasenfratz beginning the pathway to create the local chapter. Instead of diving right in, Kriegel and Hasenfratz elected to pursue a strategic approach, by first hand picking and recruiting an initial board of directors, each one representing a different field of commercial real estate. Kriegel and Hasenfratz believed this approach would not only provide a great base of leaders for the organization, but also lead to a diversified membership.

Our Initiatives

Business Networking

Facilitating business networking and deal making among our multi-disciplinary membership is the cornerstone of our organization. We deliver impactful networking opportunities including three Leadership Summits and the CREW Network Convention and Marketplace annually. Members also have exclusive access to our CREWbiz technology platform, which serves as a membership directory, resource and referral center, personal marketing tool and app.

Industry Research

CREW Network is the world’s leading researcher on women in commercial real estate. Our industry research produces white papers annually and a benchmark study every five years, delivering data and action items to advance women in commercial real estate and positively impact the industry.

Leadership Development

Building effective leaders is key to advancing the commercial real estate industry. We dedicate significant resources to providing our members with high-level leadership development training and opportunities to serve on global boards and committees to develop and hone applicable leadership skills.

Career Outreach

CREW Network and our Foundation are committed to bringing more women into commercial real estate by creating programs that educate women and girls about the career opportunities available to them, supporting college-level commercial real estate education through scholarships, and providing mentorships to those new to the industry.
