Let’s toast another great year with CREW-OKC! Join us for a special Zoom event where we’ll get into the holiday spirit by hearing charcuterie tips from food expert and fellow CREW member, Kris Baker of Chicago Title!
Charcuterie boards are beautiful, festive and versatile – but they don’t have to be intimidating! Kris will walk us through the art of choosing the perfect cured meats, cheeses, sweet jams, fresh fruits, and adding other special touches to easily create an assortment that will (almost) be too pretty to eat! Then, learn how to pair with beer or wine to complement its many flavors and textures.
This is a free event to all members. Guests are welcome - invite a friend or spouse to sit in!
